The Helping Hands Dinner in aid of WellChild took place on March 7th 2013 at the Savoy Hotel, London.
Guests enjoyed a stunning dinner in the Ballroom and great entertainment. Classical singing quartet AMORE opened the event with the fabulous Brindisi ‘Drinking song’ from La Traviata. Comedian Tim Vine was his usual ‘gag a minute’ self’ , performing the quite extraordinary ‘Pen behind the Ear’ routine. ’It’s a great cause’ he said afterwards. The Noisettes rounded the dinner off with a stunning set of their latest hits – even Will Smith popped in to see them! Guests danced till late into the night to John Matta’s fabulous band.
