I have just received the 'edits' for my new book. I am delighted to say that they are minimal... just a bit of re-jigging of the modern story. It's always a scary moment when you open the email from the editor... will a complete revision be required, or just a small tweak? I was recently invited to be the guest speaker at week-long conference on ‘creativity’ at a very trendy advertising agency in London. In the course of their week of activity on subjects as diverse as ‘the importance of curiosity’ and the use of new technology, their final guest ‘spot’, and the one I was invited to fill, was ‘The art of storytelling’.
